1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of Bobbie Visser apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of Bobbie Visser. By ordering an item/product you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries, relating to these conditions, please contact us at bobbie@bobbievisser.com.
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. Bobbie Visser will process your order after you have paid. Until that time Bobbie Visser will remain the full owner of the product(s).
2.2 Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail confirming that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order. If you need an invoice including VAT please e-mail to bobbie@bobbievisser.com.
2.3 All images and specifications are an indication. Every product is handmade so variation may occur. If a product does not meet your expectation it may not be a reason to file a claim.
3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: Ideal, PayPal and Credit card; Mastercard & VISA.
3.2 If Bobbie Visser, accidentally, has an incorrect price on the website – and it is clear that it is a mistake – we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article. If Bobbie Visser has an error on bobbie@bobbievisser.com leading to an incorrectly advertised price, we have the right to change the purchase price even after you have ordered the article.
3.3 All product prices shown on bobbie@bobbievisser.com are including taxes but excluding shipping costs. Except for in situations referenced in Clause 3.2*
3.4 All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. is automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without www.bobbievisser.com or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds, the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
4.1 Bobbie Visser delivers all packages through a courier service, with DPD or other certified transporters in the Netherlands.
4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when DPD the certified transporter has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – Bobbie Visser passes these additional costs onto you.
4.3 Bobbie Visser will send the order as quickly as possible after payment has been received. The delivery time on our products is based on the production time needed for quality control. Bobbie Visser always strives to make sure you get your order in the estimated shipping time. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (for example because an article is temporarily out of stock or another unforeseen complication) you will be notified about this immediately. All orders within the Netherlands carried by DPD will be provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by DPD right after your package has been shipped out. DPD states to deliver packages within 2 business days after you received the track&trace code. This information is an indication provided by DPD and we do not guarantee any delivery time based on this information. Please note we are not responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
4.4 Up to the delivery, Bobbie Visser bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
4.5 Please note that the delivery times in clause 5 are estimated. If a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date, it is not possible to make a claim. However, Bobbie Visser will always do everything in its power to make sure your order arrives on time.
5.1 Bobbie Visser strives that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, we advise you to check the quality and the quantity within fourteen days. If something is not correct please send an e-mail to bobbie@bobbievisser.com. We will try our best to solve any problems but will not guarantee a credit voucher. Bobbie Visser will decide on a case-by-case basis on how to solve the problem due to quality or quantity.

7.1 Bobbie Visser gives a warranty of two months on the quality of the product. The warranty consists of: to repair the product if possible or, to replace the product if not possible to repair.
7.2 In case of a refund, the refund (excluding any shipping costs) will take place after receipt and inspection within 14 working days.
7.3 If we repair or replace the item, this can take up to 14 working days unless communicated otherwise.
7.4 The warranty is void if the product shows a defect that is caused by improper use if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.
8.1 All photos and images displayed by Bobbie Visser are copyrighted. Without written permission from Bobbie Visser photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used. For more information please contact bobbie@bobbievisser.com.
