The delivery time on our bags is based on the production time needed in our atelier. (You can find the production time and additional product information next to each product). The production time will be between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on how busy it is. If it takes longer we will contact and notify you.
Please contact us directly at bobbie@bobbievisser.com if you are in a time rush or if you have any questions regarding shipping. Please note that we are a very small company and we pack and ship all the items ourselves.
All orders within The Netherlands will be carried by DPD and are provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by DPD right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs for orders within The Netherlands are €10 and will be specified on your invoice. DPD states to deliver packages within 1-3 business days after you received the track&trace code. This information is an indication provided by DPD and we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information. Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier. All products will be send registered.
All international orders will be carried by DPD and are provided with a track&trace code. This track&trace code will be sent to you by email by DPD right after your package has been shipped out. Shipping costs and delivery time for international orders depends on the destination. The costs are specified on your invoice. Additional import, customs and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements. Please note we can’t be held responsible for any delays, damage or loss once the package has left our studio and is transferred to our carrier.
When ordering products on bobbievisser.com it is also possible to choose the studio to pick up instead of shipping. Studio picks up is possible during our openings hours. Contact Bobbie Visser to make an appointment. Please notice our individual production time per product.
